- Provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
- Our team will review your request and assess its eligibility.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Stash Bookkeeping reserves the right to refuse a refund if we find that the service has been delivered as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 3 days working days to the original payment method used for the service purchase.
